Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for moves and services booked with Packers Walaa Packers & Movers.

Cancellation Before the Move

If you cancel a confirmed booking before any work has started, any advance paid is refunded in full. No cancellation fee is charged for cancelling in advance of the agreed date.

If you postpone your move to a later date within a reasonable window, the advance carries over to the new date at no charge.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

If the move is cancelled after packing or loading has begun, a reasonable charge covering the work already completed (labour, packing materials and any vehicle cost) is deducted, and the balance of the advance is refunded.

Our Failure to Deliver the Booked Service

If we are unable to complete a confirmed move on the agreed date through our fault, we will first offer an alternative date or vehicle, and if we cannot agree a suitable solution you can cancel and receive a full refund of any amount paid for that booking.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the same payment method used for the advance, or by bank transfer where UPI/card refund is not possible.
