Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the services provided by Packers Walaa Packers & Movers ("Packers Walaa", "we", "our") for packing and moving, vehicle transport, packing and storage. By booking our services you agree to these terms.

Quotations and Confirmation

Quotations are given in writing based on the item list, addresses and services you select. The quoted amount is fixed for the scope, date and access described. Any change in scope, addresses, access or add-on services may change the amount, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

A booking is confirmed when you confirm the quotation and agree a moving date with our team.

Your Responsibilities

Please provide an accurate item list and confirm access details such as parking, lifts, stairs and society formalities. Items of special value - jewellery, cash, documents, medicines - should be carried with you and are not covered by a standard shifting service.

The move date and timing are agreed together; we will coordinate society gate passes and parking where needed for the Lucknow areas we serve.

Charges and Payment

Payment methods include UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards and bank transfer, as noted on your written quotation. Advances and balance payments follow the schedule agreed at booking.

Additional stops, waiting time or access beyond the quoted arrangement may carry a charge, which is raised and agreed before applying.

Limitation of Liability

We handle goods with trained crews and documented packing. Optional transit insurance is available and recommended for items that would be expensive to repair or replace. Without insurance, our liability in respect of any single move is limited as stated in your written agreement.

Cancellation

Our cancellation and refund terms are described in the Refund & Cancellation policy. Any special arrangement agreed for your move is recorded in writing by the team.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to bookings made after it is published.
