On delivery day

Inspect the vehicle thoroughly before you sign. Check for new damage, confirm the odometer reading and match the vehicle against the pickup checklist. If something is wrong, note it on the delivery document before signing and take photos. A documented pickup makes this step simple; arriving without one makes disputes far harder.

What it costs and what affects the price

The price depends on the route distance, the type of vehicle and whether the carrier is dedicated or shared. Moving a hatchback from Lucknow to Delhi on a shared carrier is much cheaper than a dedicated one, and luxury or modified vehicles need extra care and therefore a different rate. Ask for the all-in price - loading, the transport itself, insurance paperwork and delivery - so you are not surprised by a "processing charge" at the depot.

Two-wheelers are moved the same way - securely tied on the carrier with the stand locked and any loose mirrors removed.
